Key Development Group advises clients on all aspects of construction and real estate development. General scope of services include site selection and evaluation, selection of engineering and design professionals, scheduling, budgeting, contracts, development agreements and entitlements.

From an organization standpoint, KEY provides coordination for the overall project, management of contracts, communication with owners, and advice on business issues. KEY controls costs and saves owners investment capital through detailed budgeting, cost/benefit analysis during the design phase, cash flow planning and assistance with financing or capital sources. KEY maintains a detailed development and construction schedule, managing service partners and contractors, and monitoring progress at all times.
