Matthew J. Clymer Partner

Matt has worked in commercial real estate since 2004 with various responsibilities from leasing to project management to financing.  At Key Development Group, his responsibilities include site location, project analysis, preparation and negotiation of leasing and financing agreements, and construction management.  Matt recently served as project manager for both on- and off-site construction at the 3,030,000 square foot Key Logistics Park project.

Before joining Key Development Group, he worked for Liberty Property Trust, and prior to starting his career in real estate, Matt worked as an Investment Banking Analyst for Wachovia Securities’ Capital Markets Group.
