Matthew J. Clymer Prior to founding Key Development Group, Matthew Clymer was a developer with Key Real Estate, LLC in Kennett Square, PA. Mr. Clymer focused on site location and project analysis, preparation and negotiation of leasing and build-to-suit proposals, and project development for sites in Pennsylvania and Delaware.

Before joining Key Development Group, Mr. Clymer worked as a Leasing Representative for Liberty Property Trust, an international real estate investment trust. While at Liberty, Mr. Clymer was responsible for leasing of a 13 million square foot office and warehouse portfolio in Central and Northeast Pennsylvania.

Prior to starting his career in real estate, Mr. Clymer worked as an Investment Banking Analyst for Wachovia Securities’ Capital Markets Group. He was responsible for mergers and acquisitions, debt placement and equity offerings for heavy machinery, chemical, and industrial companies.

Current Projects: Key Logistics Park and new project development.

Professional Affiliations: Mr. Clymer is licensed in real estate in the state of Pennsylvania. He also serves as a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP); the Warehousing Education and Research Council (WERC); the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP); the Commercial Industrial Investment Council of Chester County (CIIC); and the TriState Commercial and Industrial Association of REALTORS.  He also serves as a director of the Alliance for Better Housing in Kennett Square, PA.

Education: Matt holds a BS with Special Attainments in Commerce from Washington & Lee University and an MBA from Duke University (The Fuqua School of Business).
